For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use the Services provided by vip228. This minimum age requirement applies regardless of any different local or national age of majority. vip228 strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point.
2.2 Residency. vip228's Services are directed primarily at players who are residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not prohibited under applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of vip228 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction may not register an account.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold no more than one active Account on vip228 at any given time. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a Prohibited Activity and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
2.5 Self-Excluded Persons. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from vip228 under Clause 9 are not eligible to register a new Account during the active exclusion period.
3.1 Registration Process. To access the full Services of vip228, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid email address, mobile phone number, and date of birth. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Account Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. vip228 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.3 Accuracy of Information. You must ensure that all account information remains accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered name, email address, or bank account details must be communicated to vip228 Support promptly and may require additional KYC documentation.
3.4 Account Ownership. An Account is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights attached to it to any third party.
3.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. vip228 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts or to close them after reasonable notice has been sent to the registered email address.
4.1 Verification Requirement. vip228 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests and may request verification at any time in accordance with its anti-money-laundering and fraud-prevention obligations. KYC is a one-time process unless your personal details change.
4.2 Required Documents. Standard KYC documentation includes: (a) a clear, unobstructed photocopy or digital photograph of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP); (b) a selfie photograph of you holding your KTP with both your face and the document legible; and (c) if the name on your bank account differs from your KTP, a certified bank statement or utility bill in your name dated within the last 90 days.
4.3 Processing Time. KYC submissions are reviewed within 1–24 business hours. You will receive an in-platform notification and email confirmation once your Account has been verified. vip228 may request additional documentation if the submitted materials are unclear or insufficient.
4.4 Refusal of Service. vip228 reserves the right to refuse verification, suspend Services, or withhold withdrawals where KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily completed. In cases of confirmed identity fraud, any funds associated with the account may be forfeited.
5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. vip228 accepts deposits via the following channels: Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon); and electronic wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 10.000 for e-wallets.
5.2 Deposit Processing Times. Deposits submitted during banking hours (approximately 06:00–21:00 WIB) are typically credited to the Member's Account within 5 minutes. Transfers submitted outside these hours may take up to 24 hours to process. vip228 is not responsible for delays attributable to the Member's bank or payment provider.
5.3 Withdrawal Requirements. To request a withdrawal, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have deposited at least once; and (c) have met all applicable wagering requirements on any active Bonuses. Withdrawals below Rp 100.000 may not be processed.
5.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the original deposit. vip228 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for a deposit.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. vip228 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 1–5 hours of submission during business hours (WIB). Complex requests or those requiring additional verification may take up to 24 hours. vip228 does not guarantee same-day processing for requests submitted after 18:00 WIB.
5.6 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). vip228 does not accept or disburse funds in foreign currencies.
5.7 Transaction Fees. vip228 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Any charges levied by a Member's bank or payment provider are the Member's sole responsibility.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by vip228 are subject to specific terms that include, at minimum: a minimum qualifying deposit amount, a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30×), a validity period within which the wagering requirement must be met, and a maximum cashout or maximum win limit.
6.2 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. vip228 reserves the right to exclude any Member from any promotion at its discretion, including where vip228 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the Member is exploiting a promotion or acting in bad faith.
6.3 Wagering Requirements. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any funds derived from a Bonus (including winnings generated by free spins) can be withdrawn. The platform will display your current wagering progress within your account dashboard.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that have not been used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the Member's Account without notice or compensation. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
6.5 Contribution Rates. Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting markets may contribute at lower rates (e.g., 10%–20%). 6.6 Bonus Abuse. vip228 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets across multiple outcomes to artificially fulfil wagering requirements; using bonuses for arbitrage across platforms; and registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Detected abuse will result in voiding of bonuses and potential account suspension.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of vip228. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. vip228 reserves the right to decline any bet without explanation.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum single-bet stakes start at Rp 1.000. Maximum bet limits vary by market, league, and product. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface. vip228 may adjust individual account limits without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse.
7.3 Mix Parlay / Accumulator Rules. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of two selections. If one or more legs of a parlay are voided (e.g., due to match cancellation), the parlay is recalculated with the remaining valid legs. A parlay reduced to a single selection is settled as a single bet at the original stake.
7.4 Asian Handicap (voor bola). Asian handicap bets eliminate the draw outcome by applying a fractional goal advantage to the perceived weaker team. If the adjusted result is a draw (a "push"), the full stake is refunded. Specific Asian handicap rules for each market are displayed within the betting interface.
7.5 Togel Lottery Rules. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced directly from the official issuing authority for each respective draw pool (SGP, HK, SDY, etc.). vip228 publishes results as received from the official source and bears no liability for discrepancies arising from errors in the official draw.
7.6 Voided Bets. vip228 may void any bet or game round where technical malfunction, data error, or manipulation is suspected. In such cases, stakes are returned to the Member's Account. Winnings from voided rounds will not be paid out.
7.7 Palpable Errors. If vip228 offers a bet at an odds or payout rate that is clearly an error (a "palpable error"), vip228 reserves the right to void any resulting bets and refund the stakes. A palpable error is defined as an odds value that is demonstrably and significantly different from the correct market price.

9.3 Increasing Limits. Any request to increase a deposit or loss limit will be subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. Decreases to limits take effect immediately.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the vip228 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and game assets — is the property of vip228 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited Licence. vip228 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; or use any automated tools to scrape, harvest, or index Platform data.
10.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to that studio's own terms of use in addition to these Terms.
11.1 The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by vip228 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
11.2 vip228 processes personal data including your name, date of birth, address, email address, bank account details, and transaction history for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and, where you have opted in, marketing communications.

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip228 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business.
12.2 vip228's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 vip228 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party system failures, or circumstances beyond vip228's reasonable control may cause temporary service unavailability. vip228 will not be liable for losses arising from such unavailability.
12.4 vip228 is not liable for losses arising from any Member's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to maintain account security or failure to meet wagering requirements before a withdrawal attempt.
13.1 vip228 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where vip228 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Member has breached these Terms; (b) the Member is engaged in a Prohibited Activity; (c) the Account presents a fraud, money laundering, or compliance risk; or (d) continuation of the account is otherwise contrary to vip228's obligations or interests.
13.2 On suspension, access to account funds may be frozen pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, vip228 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance without liability.
13.3 A Member who disagrees with an account decision may raise a formal complaint by writing to [email protected], providing full details of the dispute. vip228 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
13.4 A Member may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting Support. Any real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's verified bank account after all pending bets have been settled, subject to KYC clearance.
14.1 vip228 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available at vip228.cam/terms-conditions, marked with an updated effective date.
14.2 For material changes that adversely affect Members' rights, vip228 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address or via a prominent in-platform notification.
14.3 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your balance.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international online gaming law applicable to the jurisdiction in which vip228 is licensed to operate. vip228 operates as a trusted and secure international platform serving Indonesian players.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between vip228 and a Member, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via vip228's formal complaint process (as set out in Clause 13.3) before pursuing any other remedy.
15.3 vip228 is aware that online gambling occupies a complex legal position in Indonesia. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in vip228's Services is lawful under the laws of their own jurisdiction. vip228 does not represent or warrant that use of its Services is legal in all jurisdictions.
15.4 Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as limiting any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.
